Space and Law: An Interview with Prof. Claudia Cinelli – Module Holder of EUSPIL
The governance of outer space is emerging as one of the most critical legal frontiers of our time. In an interview recently published by Il Dubbio, Professor Claudia Cinelli, expert in International Law and Module Holder of the EUSPIL course at the University of Pisa, discusses the main legal challenges posed by the rapidly evolving nature of space activities.
Hosted by the University of Pisa – Political Science Department – EUSPIL provides students with the analytical tools to understand and address key legal issues in space law, ranging from the regulation of private actors to the safeguarding of global interests in the use of outer space.
